JD is a retired Federal Law Enforcement Officer with the Dept. of Justice Federal Bureau of Prisons after a 29 year combined service to our country as a Military Policeman US Army (3 years) and D.O.J. (26 years).
JD has been a Law Enforcement trainer since 1992 where he trained in riot control techniques as well as unarmed self defense techniques. JD then transitioned to firearm instruction in 2005 where he continued until his retirement in 2012.
JD as the Lead Firearms instructor has many years training with most Federal agencies located in Southern IL.
David is a Patrol Sergeant with a local Southern Illinois Police Department, with 22 years of law enforcement experience. He has served as a Firearms Instructor and SWAT Team Leader with 18 years of Tactical Team experience. He has served hundreds of high risk warrants and has deployed on several hostage and barricaded gunman incidents.
